A Common Seat Allocation System portal was launched in June and students who wish to get admission to the university are required to apply at the portal. The phase two of the registration began on July 17. "The University is extending Phase I, Phase II of CSAS undergraduate admissions till 04:59 pm Wednesday, July 26, 2023," the varsity said in a notification.

Delhi University has changed the rules for admission through extracurricular activities (ECA) and sports quotas. The two categories will now be offered 2.5% supernumerary seats each, while the number of seats will be calculated programme-wise rather than college-wise.
