The Secretary of DARPG highlighted the significant increase in e-service delivery across the country, with many states achieving 100% saturation. The session concluded with a focus on universalized face authentication, AI in grievance redressal, e-commerce initiatives, and media outreach.

Additionally, office space measuring 32.54 lakh square feet has been cleared and made available for use. The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) has been commended for its progress in minimising pendency and institutionalising cleanliness. The campaign, being implemented in all government offices, aims to cover offices with a public interface.
