Chennai: A man, who brought 18kg ganja by train from Odisha, was arrested at Chennai Central railway station on Friday. Railway police arrested 32-year-old Mohammad Kasim, a native of Malappuram district in
Kerala, and recovered 18kg of ganja from him following a tip off about his movement. Around 3.30am, police teams monitoring passengers deboarding Howrah Express, detained the accused on suspicion.
Police searched his bags and found the ganja.
