Kunal Ganjawala performs at the finale of IT Idol, 2014, in Pune

Singer Kunal Ganjawala recently came to Pune to judge the finale of Mont Vert IT Idol 2014 in the sprawling Mont Vert Vesta in Pirangut.
The singer belted out his hit numbers to a houseful audience, as well as judged the best among the participants. One of the biggest corporate singing competitions among IT companies of the city, the event was attended by several guests.The celebrity singer had a tough time judging the talented singers amongst the three finalists, Nihaar Mayekar and Sachin Surve of Infosys and Shivani Khandekar of TCS. Kunal said, “All three of you have an alternate profession - singing.” There was a tie between Sachin and Shivani who won the title of Mont Vert IT Idol 2014 jointly. The award was presented by Kunal Ganjawala, Jayant Kaneria, MD and Manish Kaneria, director of Mont Vert Homes. Nihaar bagged the runner-up title. “It has always been our endeavour to promote talent in sports and music. We have organised several events in the past, extending a platform for youngsters to showcase their forte,” said Manish. The trio unanimously thanked Mont Vert and Marrquee Events for this wonderful platform and the opportunity to share the stage with Kunal Ganjawala.
