Tangedco to host grievance meeting in all divisions

Trichy: TangedcoTrichy circle will conduct consumer grievance meetings in all its urban and rural divisions throughout July. The meetings to record and resolve complaints from consumers on electricity distribution will be held for the Thuraiyur division on Tuesday (July 2) and for the Musiri division on Friday (July 5). For Lalgudi, Srirangam, Trichy urban, Trichy east and Manapparai divisions, the grievance meetings have been scheduled on July 9, 12, 16, 19 and 23 respectively.Consumers can visit the respective divisional offices on the mentioned date to register their grievances. In a release, superintending engineer (in-charge) of Trichy circle R Karpagaselvi said senior officials will preside over the meetings to provide swift solutions, officials said.TNN
