Beyond The Clouds director Majid Majidi is set to team up with Mukesh Bhatt? Deets inside

After Beyond The Clouds starring Ishaan Khatter, Iranian filmmaker Majid Majidi is set to work on his second Indian film. Buzz is that this time around, he is collaborating with Mukesh Bhatt. If all goes well, Majid who is currently in India, will begin working on his new film with Vishesh Films.
A source close to the production house informs us, “The two met at Vishesh Films office in Mumbai on Saturday (July 8).The meeting went on for a few hours.” The film will apparently be directed by Majidi and produced by Bhatt’s son Vishesh.
Just like his earlier work, which includes films like Children of Heaven and The Willow Tree the new film too will be a human drama. Adds the source, “It will definitely have those emotions like we saw in his other films. Now, whether the story will be based in India or Iran is yet to be seen.”

While an official announcement is awaited, the film which is at a very nascent stage of discussion, if all goes well is likely to go on the floor early next year.
