Director Mansore who has directed National Award-winning Kannada films 'Harivu' and 'Nathicharami' has dealt with the real-life incidents which took place in western ghats near coastal Karnataka. How a young tribal boy who is the first person from his community to have done higher studies and is a journalism student who fights against the whole system for his community and their constitutional rights who have been suffering in the hands of bureaucrats.
The theme of the film is to say strongly that if you are a inhabitant of India, you are entitled to live anywhere in India and get your constitutional rights. You have the rights to demand your fundamental rights from the government. If any bureaucracy attempts to suppress your voice or deny any of your rights, you don't need to resort to physical violence. You have mightier options called Indian Constitution with its Articles 19,20 and 21 to back you.
The makers are happy to collaborate with director Mansore after 'Act 1978'. The makers are happy and confident that director Mansore will get the same results as 'Act 1978' for this film and are in awe of technical abilities with his planning, scheduling and controlling the crew. The makers are in full of praises for Mansore for translating the script into stunning visuals.
