Asha Sharath celebrates 29 years of togetherness with her husband

Actress-dancer Asha Sharath is celebrating 29 years of togetherness with her husband Sharath Varrier. The ‘Drishyam’ actress is celebrating her wedding anniversary with her husband in Sweden. She took to her social media handle to share a glimpse of their vacation, and also penned a heartfelt note.
“Life is a celebration😍. Celebrating my 29th wedding anniversary with my beloved sweet heart ❤️ in Stockholm in Sweden.We have sailed through the thick and thin of life - in happiness and in sorrow, in pleasure and in pain together with the support and understanding of each other.😍😍. ❤️. Special thanks love and warmth to all my friends and well wishers who have always supported us in all our times 🙏🙏❤️😍(sic),” she penned.

Malayalis across the globe celebrated Onam last week. In a recent interview with Kochi Times, Asha Sharath recalled her earliest memories of Onam. “In my hometown, Perumbavoor, people enjoy festivities and celebrate with all the traditional fanfare, making pookalam and holding cultural programmes, and as an artiste, it would be a busy time for me. But achan (her father) used to be adamant that Uthradam and Thiruvonam had to be spent with the family, so I would absolutely not do shows on these days.”

On the work front, Asha Sharath’s recent releases were ‘Paappan’ and ‘Peace’. ‘Paappan’ had Suresh Gopi in the lead role, and the film managed to win the audience. ‘Peace’ featured Joju George in the lead role, and Asha Sharath essayed a pivotal role in the film.
