I was super-excited to be part of a music video, says Smruthi Venkat

Actress Smruthi Venkat is quite kicked with the response to the music video Enjotti, which features her in multiple looks. She states, “I was super-excited to be part of the music video as it had lot of dance moves, and it’s such a fun and joyful number. Enjotti means friendship of sorts, and the entire song is around this theme. ”
The fun number has been composed by music director Dharan.“Independent songs are doing really well these days and in fact, more than a hundred songs released last year,” claims the composer.
“The song is penned by lyricist Ku Karthik and many have asked me about the meaning of the word. We felt Enjotti is a beautiful word and that’s one of the reasons why we kept it as the hook line. The word is more like praising a girl and it was very beautiful to hear. That’s why it became the hook of the song,” he adds.
