Shoot at Site: GV Prakash-Raiza film is a mash-up of love, action and fantasy

A VILLAIN WITH A LOVE INTEREST: GURU SOMASUNDARAM

Gurusomasundaram, who plays the villain in the film, was seen locking horns with GV. Talking about his character, he reveals, “I am playing the antagonist, and my character has some depth in it. Unlike in other films, in which a villain is just a villain, there are a lot of emotions in this one, and I have a love interest as well. ”
THIS IS A FANTASY ROMANTIC COMEDY: KAMAL PRAKASH

Director of the film, Kamal Prakash, says, “Kadhalikka Yarumullai is a fantasy romantic comedy with a lot of commercial ingredients. I am quite excited as the film is shaping up really well. We are currently helming a fantasy sequence, and it has a lot of risky stunts. We are trying out something interesting, and I am confident that people will love it. ”
AN INTERESTING GENRE THAT HAS BEEN LESS EXPLORED IN TAMIL CINEMA: GV PRAKASH

“The film’s genre is an interesting one that’s been less explored in Tamil cinema, and it will be sort of a stepping stone for next-generation filmmakers. There will be a difference between the real and fantasy worlds in this film. There is a bit of adventure, too, so the scoring was quite challenging. ”
THE FILM HAS ELEMENTS OF COMEDY AND SCI-FI THRILLER: RAIZA WILSON

Raiza Wilson, who plays the female lead, says, “We have been shooting for this film, on and off, for the past couple of years, so we are now more like a family. I play a character named Meera, a simple yet sweet girl. ” She adds, “The film is a mash-up of several genres, including comedy and sci-fi thriller. There are some interesting stunts, and I can’t wait to witness the magic on screen. ”
I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER MY STUNT SEQUENCE: MONICA CHINNAKOTLA

“I am paired opposite Guru sir, and my character will appear in the flashback sequences. Working with Guru sir is an experience for life. Though I don’t have combination scenes with GV, I have a few sequences with Raiza. She’s super sweet and fun to work with. ” Talking about the stunt sequences, she says, “ I wouldn’t exactly call it a stunt, but yes, I was lifted up in a harness, and it was harder than it appeared to be. It also hurt. It was a great experience and something that I will always remember. ”
