Congress takes 'state cabinet' dig at JD(U)

Highlighting that JD(U) - a critical ally in NDA govt at the Centre - has just passed a resolution reiterating demand for special category status in central assistance to Bihar, Congress sought to know if CM Nitish Kumar will summon the courage to have the state cabinet also pass such a resolution.
