Quail eggs to help with 'baby-making'; does it work?
Although some people believe quail eggs boost sexual health, there is no clear evidence to suggest whether it helps in improving fertility.
A 2017 study conducted on diabetic mice found that eating quail eggs lowers oxidative stress and also promotes testicular cell repair.

However, Tamsin Jordan, a registered dietician does not vouch for this fertility diet and says there is no strong evidence, according to a report by Insider. As per the health expert, factors such as physiology, genetics, eating a high fiber and nutrient-rich diet, age, and lifestyle habits also play significant roles in determining fertility.
As far as quail eggs are concerned, Jordan explains that the protein-content in the eggs makes it beneficial for muscle-building, tissue repair and growth, however, more research is needed when it comes to its association with conception.
