Sidharth Malhotra shoots for an intense train action sequence; Rohit Shetty is reminded of ‘Chennai Express days’

After a quick brand shoot in the city, Sidharth Malhotra reported on the sets of Rohit Shetty’s web series in Hyderabad. The actor flew out on Saturday and geared up for a long shoot on Sunday for Indian Police Force.
Rohit Shetty, who recently underwent an accident on the sets, shared a picture from his Sunday shoot day with Sidharth. The team was shooting for an action packed sequence on a railway station and Rohit Shetty was instantly reminded of his film starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone.“Shooting a train action sequence reminds me of Chennai Express days.” Indian Police Force is a web series from Rohit Shetty’s ambitious cop universe project and also features Shilpa Shetty and Vivek Oberoi in pivotal roles.
Due to an accident on the sets of Indian Police Force, Rohit Shetty had to get stitches on his two fingers. He was quick to return to shoot after getting medical aid. Post the incident, Rohit had penned a note about ‘Cirkus’ failure and his accident and shared, “From Cirkus to my accident on set, my team and I have gone through a lot in the last few weeks! WE RISE, WE FALL, BUT WE RISE AGAIN NOT JUST TO FIGHT THE BATTLE, BUT TO WIN IT!!! Shooting the last schedule of INDIAN POLICE FORCE in HYDERABAD before we commence the pre-production of SINGHAM AGAIN.”
