The Plymouth Police Department swore in four new officers at Tuesday night’s City Council meeting. Max Ganshyn, Jessica Peterson, Katie Saint and Michael Taffe were welcomed as the department’s newest officers. Additionally, long-time department member Scott Whiteford was recognized at the meeting for his recent promotion to captain. Captain Whiteford began his career in Plymouth in 1996 as a Police Explorer. He continued to work for the department as a Police Reserve, a sworn officer, a sergeant, and now oversees the Patrol Division. Congrats to all, and thank you for your service to Plymouth.
