Just as we did last month in Milwaukee at the Republican National Convention, USGLC was in Chicago last week at the Democratic National Convention, hosting a premier foreign policy event. In partnership with the National Democratic Institute (NDI), we brought together top leaders from Senator Christopher Coons, to Ambassador Susan Rice to shine on a spotlight on the value of American engagement in the world. Amb. Rice said “our physical security, our national security, our economic security, are really, truly inextricably linked to what happens outside our shores.” Sen. Coons said “Russia's aggression in Ukraine makes it clearer than ever that we're at a moment where defending democracy through our allies and partners is the path forward for the United States.” Watch this 2-minute recap video for more 🎥
