We are pleased to announce that Stewart Anderson our Research Director, EMEA will be speaking at this year's UXN Health Conference in Copenhagen, DK.
The impact of digital/tech on healthcare has been immensely positive. But it’s not always the most effective solution. State-of-the-art tech is sometimes considered first at the expense of other options. At the UXN Health Conference, we are pleased to welcome Stewart Anderson on stage, who will share some insights from User Research International, about how we can approach #UXResearch and #UXDesign: - to maximize patient outcomes - to be cost effective with limited time and budget - to truly innovate, and deliver genuine value to actors across the ecosystem - to shape the direction of and de-risk technology-led initiatives For more information about this session visit https://lnkd.in/eFhAtTMA

URI recently contributed our perspective at the 26th ACM conference on Computer-Supported Cooperative Work and Social Computing (CSCW) within a workshop exploring and driving progress in evaluating UX outcomes at scale. URI has considerable experience evaluating large-scale applications based on user-centered approaches and metrics, and is proud to be a part of a working group spanning academia and industry to collectively shape the future direction in this space. A huge thank you to URI's Jackie Ianni for this contribution!
