Tapi delivery and installation service

Tapi offers a free measuring and planning service and has a full fitting team.

The retailer offers a 10-year fitting satisfaction guarantee if you purchase its carpet, underlay, Delivery & Care Package and use its fitting service.

Its Delivery & Care Package includes delivery, removing and replacing a reasonable amount of empty furniture, removing and disposing of all offcuts, plus a complementary tidy up and vacuum. It costs £35.

Tapi also offers an uplift and removal service to get rid of your old flooring for a fee.

Tapi carpet returns policy

The processing of your order begins as soon as it is entered on to the computer, therefore Tapi may charge to cover some or all of any costs and other losses it incurs if you breach the contract.

Where no deposit has been left following a store visit, or if an order has been placed during a home visit, you have the right to cancel for a period of 14 days from the order date. Tapi reserves the right to release the order to the manufacturer only upon expiry of the 14-day period, however you can waive your ‘right to cancel’ during the 14-day cooling-off period.
