The best happy hour spot in Seattle! $5 boat noodles? say more... happy hour is 4-6pm everyday with discounted food items and drinks. For the happy hour prices, we got:

-Boat noodles (4/5): these were so good and flavorful! not quite as good as the ones I had in Thailand though -- the flavor was almost a bit too much and the broth was too rich, but the texture of the noodles were pretty solid

-Pork skewers (5/5): these were my absolute favorite -- the pork was sooooo tender and juicy, I was genuinely shocked by how much I liked these.

-Green beans (3.5/5): solid option, but very slightly undercooked

-Yuzu cocktail (5/5): honestly terrific. So refreshing

-Thai coffee (5/5): also so good... not too sweet at all like thai tea can be sometimes

      Other food we ordered

-Papaya salad (4.5/5): Super refreshing -- the crunch was there and the flavors were on point

-Kao Kaprao (5/5): wow! I was so love with this dish. The rice was slightly al dente and charred, and mixed in with everything, was an explosion of flavors in your mouth. I loved how the green beans were thinly chopped too which added such a nice texture.

-Pad see ew (4/5): I don't usually like pad see ew (prefer thin noodles to thick), but this one was so good. The noodle had a nice char, the dish had an abundance of vegetables, and the flavor was very aromatic

-Yum woonsen (2.5/5): the only dish I probably would not get again. I am usually a huge fan of woonsen noodles, but in a salad form, it was a bit sour. Definitely only like woonsen when it is served hot.

Would definitely come back here though. Very great deals and flavorful food.

If you're looking for your next favorite thai restaurant, I highly recommend bangrak!!! I have loved every drink and food item i've ordered here, and it's always a fun time. I do recommend joining the waitlist early on a friday night or weekend because it gets busy!

I love ordering the pad see eiw with beef or the green curry!! I always get the level three spice and it's perfect for me. The flavor is always so good and authentic. Their drinks are so strong and yummy, and I love the presentation with the sparklers.

I feel like the staff here are super generous and personable which is always a bonus in a restaurant. I love coming here and I crave it often, everyone should try it once while they're in belltown!

Was craving Thai food and this place hits the spot! The colorful posters/decorations makes you feel like you're transported to Thailand. They have an outdoor patio and booths seating options. Near the waiting area to be seated they have dog treats and free condoms haha

Service is very quick. Typical for an Asian restaurant to feel rushed, and sometimes if there is a language barrier it can come off as rude. But I being azn myself is use to this; usually a bomb authentic spot doesn't always give amazing customer service.

highly recommended this spot, all the noodles and dishes were bomb.

Kao Soi Chiangmai Noodle is a soupy noodles in curry sauce--very rich, creamy with crunchy deep fried bits on top and has so much flavor and the noodles were tender.
Looking for dry noodle then can't go wrong with pa se ew combination.

Thai tea was a little too sweet for me but a great dessert drink for those with a sweet tooth.

A variety of dishes, pa se ew, fried chicken, Rice Cooked in Chicken Broth, chicken wings with sweet and sour sauce and Thai tea

The ambiance of the restaurant is very bright and vibrant. The environment and decor really makes you feel like you're in the streets of Thailand. The staff was friendly for the most part & they had no issues seating my significant other and I outside after asking if we could have outdoor seating. It was a bit warmer inside of the building which is why we chose to move.

We came during happy hour! Which was 3-6pm I believe & they had some really good deals! We ordered their signature cocktail, a bucket of beer(beerlao & singha). Along with a beef pad thai, lap styled thum som, pork fried wontons, and a happy hour sized boat noodle. The food was great! Definitely more authentic than a handful of Thai places I have been. The pad thai could've used a bit more fish sauce & the boat noodles could have had a little bit more noodles in it, but aside from that everything else was spot on. My SO appreciated the fact that the papaya was actually cut up verus shredded how most places usually serve the dish.

Overall would definitely come back to try other dishes! Especially during their happy hour! In total our bill came out to only about $75, not including tip! This restuarnt is very beautiful & the food is great, I would highly recommend!

We ate family style here for a birthday. All I really remember is that the decorations/ambience were very nice, they played a birthday song on the speaker at the end of our meal and we got a complimentary birthday shot, my friend really enjoyed his Thai coffee (only jurisdiction was that it tasted similar to Viet coffee/coffee w condensed milk but was creamer), and that it was a pretty pricey.

Notable mentions: Really enjoyed the fried anchovies in the mango salad. The fried pork belly dish (moo sam chan tod nam pla) didn't really taste like much, the chili sauce was the only redeeming factor. The pad thai was very sweet (which a lot of us liked).

Also, even with a reservation, they couldn't seat us unless the entire party was present. So maybe keep that in mind when going.

This place is a legit Thai restaurant in Seattle. Adds a nice unique vibe to Seattle. They serve authentic Thai dishes. No modification nor adjustment needed, it's straight up street and comfort Thai food flavors . We ordered Bombing fish balls and Kia Gai. Food came quickly, cooked and served fresh. Not salty and just the right spice level as we requested. To wash it down , traditional Thai Iced coffee. The coffee is mild nonetheless it's good and satisfies my caffeine craving. Definitely need to come back here to try more new their offerings next time. When in Seattle a must try for Thai food.

After a night of drinking, we need some comfort food and we found this place. Good thing we did! Visiting from L.A. , I haven't been to a Thai place like this one. This place had a full bar and music, and this place was poppin! Lucky for us, we didn't have to wait for a table for 2, in L.A, this place would be a 1.5 hr wait or longer. Staff worked quick and the decor was on point and we got food fast.
The Thai food here is legit Thai food, Authentic as it can get. You can smell it the air. The clear broth noodle soup was delicious and exactly what I was looking for. There is a large drink menu and too bad I drank too much the night before. The restaurant is big and can accommodate to big parties. If you are from out of town, and looking for some legit Thai food, this is the place to go.

Really wish they could make the kao soi vegetarian. The pad Thai is pretty good. There are a couple of vegetarian options and creative drinks. It is colorful and well decorated. Service can be slow but nice people. Parking can be tricky.

Okay so we ordered from the bangrak market using Uber eats as the delivery platform. The delivery was super late, the driver said the restaurant was busy, but the food did arrive cold. So really that's the only reason a point was docked.

We ended up having to microwave the food. But let me tell you; we were definitely crying when we ate the crying tiger dish; but it was tears of joy! The meat was soft and tender and fatty. It melted in your mouth!

The pad see eiw and the pad Thai were on point. They had a solid level of spice and the flavors were some of the best Thai food we've had in a while.

I absolutely love this restaurant! My new fav Thai spot. The service was top tier, I really appreciate my server for being attentive and fun! This place is busy but I see why. There were lots of celebrations happening and people just coming for a good meal. The food is delicious!

We sat out in the deck area. It gave me a feel like I was really in Thailand. I even tried a popular Thailand noodle dish Kua Gai and I loved it. To top it off I met the owner too. He came to our table and talked with us and he has such amazing energy, great conversation and just an all around cool guy.

I will definitely be spreading the word about this place as well as bringing folks with me when we're hungry for Thai. Thanks for great food and a great vibe.

My family arrived to our hotel in Seattle late at night after a long drive and wanted to get something to eat. It was very late at night already so most places are closed by now. We found this Thai place that was open late at night and decided to walk over. They really excel at creating a night market atmosphere. The decorations are doo pretty and they play music pretty loud in here. Honestly the first time I've heard an Asian restaurant play rap music loll. They have a very extensive menu with many dishes that I've never seen before at Thai restaurants back in Texas.

I got the Kao mun gai, the Thai version of hainanese chicken. The chicken itself was a bit over cooked but I liked the chicken broth and ginger garlic sauce, which was pretty spicy. My brother and dad got the pad kee mao, both decently good but not that spicy at all. My other brother got the pad moo dang moo krob, which had porkbelly and bbq pork topped with a special gravy. The meats were good, and the gravy is more on the sweet side. My mom got the mama mor fire. It is a ton yum based soup with mama ramen noodles and various meats and seafood.

I felt like the food was not the most authentic or spicy but good enough for us for a late night spot.
