Do you only accept reservations for parties of 7 or more? I'm visiting from out of town in 2 weeks and have heard great things about this place. I'd like to make reservations for me and my husband but not sure if you accept them for small parties.

Great place to visit for lunch or dinner. You can go solo at the bar where they are friendly and full-service, or get a table for your group. However you come, you will leave smiling.
Rum Thai ChaChaCha drink is a cooling, sweet treat for the summer months. And also very fun to look at! The taste is so yummmy it's easy to down a couple without realizing it!
The place is very chill and invokes an authentic Thai street market atmosphere but with a distinctly Seattle, urban flair. Staff is always kind and checking in, even if it's busy, to make sure you are good. Music may be a tiny bit loud for some, but I've never experienced anyone personally complaining. They often play pop music old and new, as well as hip hop. Just fun vibes here!
Your vibes may vary depending on where you want to sit. There's a giant "outdoor" covered up area for tables of any size party, booths in the back for more intimate affairs, a full bar to sit at, even high tops with a window view. Don't worry; there's no wrong choice, they are all amazing.
If you haven't yet, you absolutely must try the Crying Tiger. Amazing flavor and great to share or keep to yourself. If you are unsure of what you like, it's a great starter sure to please.
I've yet to have a bad dish here, ever. So if you like trying new things and don't eat a lot of Thai street food, you have tons of creative options to choose from! Even foodie veterans will find new innovative dishes here (so many pad options!!) to experience.
An absolute GEM in Belltown, if you are near you owe it to yourself to pop in at least once.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jul 8, 2024
10/10 food we came here twice it was so good. Amazing every dish and the vibes are so cool. So unsuspecting from the outside. Def come here. Service can be a little slow if it's busy but I understand how it can get busy! This place is such a vibe.

Everything was just ok. We got the pad Thai, pork belly and bbq pork dish, pink noodle soup, and green curry. The pork dish was kinda disappointing bc it was just slathered w bbq sauce on top. Anyone can do that at home. Pink noodles were interesting but super salty. Green curry and pad Thai were decent but I feel those are solid anywhere you go.

I loved this place!! The decorations made it so fun!! Definitely the place to be. We had a party of two. You have to check your party in on the tablet outside and wait for a table. I had 2 total and we waited maybe 5 mins. I got a Thai tea and the boat noodles. Super yummy!!!

I've come to Bangrak so much over the course of living in Belltown, I can't believe I haven't written a review! This is my go-to place when I have visitors, they have great vibes and amazing food. Bangrak uses the Yelp Waitlist so you can join when you get there or ahead of time. They usually don't take reservations except for large parties, I think.
As for food, these are the things I've tried and what I think of each.
- Pork Jowl: 5/5, absolutely my favorite item to get and always a go-to. It's fatty meat with so much flavor.
- Thai Tea: 5/5, nothing more to be said
- Gang Keaw Wan (Green Curry): 5/5, my favorite curry and it comes with so much! Pretty spicy though
- Yen Ta Four (Pink Soup): 5/5, so good and has a lot of seafood. I love the crispy fritters that come with it. The soup is a bit spicy.
- Larb: 4/5, usually I get this with pork. It's flavorful and feels healthy, but the portion size is pretty small.
- Goay Teaw Nam Sai: 3/5, this noodle soup is pretty mediocre. It doesn't have too much flavor but it has great content. This is a safe choice.
- Kao Moo Dang Moo Krob: 2/5, I got this once and then never got it again. The Chinese BBQ pork is pretty dry and it doesn't come with much meat in my opinion.
I will continue coming back to Bangrak for a very long time, I cannot recommend this place more. They have so many items and they're all authentic Thai bites.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Julian W.NC, NC2521Aug 29, 2024
Bangrak Kitchen is a high-energy spot with EDM music pumping in the background, which adds to the fun vibe. The Thai food here is seriously delicious. I got the seafood creamy tom yum, and it was packed with flavor. The Crying Tiger appetizer, which is grilled steak, was super tender and an absolute must-get. Overall, it was a really fun experience, especially with friends--great food, great vibes!

I have seen this spot on social media so much and knew I had to try it. Overall, I think the atmosphere lives up to the hype, but the food didn't wow me.
The place is fully decorated with amazing Thai decor and feels like an actual market. It's lovely, lively, and full of energy and cool photo moments. I loved the vibe! They have really big bar too and flaunt their drink menu heavily, but I went for lunch and wasn't in the mood to drink so I can't comment on the beverages.
We got fresh rolls and they were great to start. My boyfriend loved the crying tiger. For my entree, I got the swimming rama with noodles added on. It was lovely, but tasted like any standard Thai take out I would get anywhere else. I was hoping the menu would be a little more authentic and special given the atmosphere, but it's your everyday Thai. Nothing wrong with that, just didn't match the vibe to me. The large portions and standard takeout style fare just didn't match up with the bustling bar and energy.
The service was average. Our server was kind and knew about allergens but didn't go above and beyond.
I'd love to go back with a group and they their drinks.Helpful 6Thanks 4Love this 10Oh no 0 - Feb 28, 2024
Bangrak Market is BANGIN.
I always saw a hefty line outside this place at nearing bar close hours and thought to myself... what's the deal?
But I understand now. After the beautiful freshness and kick of the papaya salad and the earthy umami burst of the boat noodle I have been converted.
My friends and I came for happy hour! There's hopping deals. An $8 cocktail and $6/$8 shareable plates! We got a beer bucket probably 7-8 dishes and split between 4 people the bill came out to $30 bucks.
Not bad for two drinks and a full meal. I thoroughly enjoyed everything we got (the spice is good) and I loved that HH enabled us to get a little bit of everything for cheap and good portions.
We also go there at 5 and stayed till 7 something and we were around for two vine changes, the first was Thai folk music to banging pop Thai hits then just before 7 the lights dimmed and Nelly x Tim McGraw's Over and Over came on. In conclusion, the vibes we spot on the entire time.
Would come again!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Aug 16, 2024
I've been to Bangrak Market several times now. It's in the heart of downtown where parking can be tricky, but the food has always been worth it! I've liked the chicken pad kee mao and chicken kao pad kaprao (basil fried rice). They have spice levels, but there can be some variation. I always order 4 spicy, and most times it has been perfect but once it was way too spicy. Cha yen (Thai tea) helps a lot when that happens, but it's so good I recommend getting it anyway. I also like that they are on Yelp Waitlist, which makes getting in line and checking in super easy. The interior decorations are nice, but they often have really loud music which can make it hard to talk if you're in a group. Their birthday celebration music can also be really loud.
