    About ‘Bade Miya Chote Miya’

Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, renowned for his work in movies like 'Tiger Zinda Hai', 'Sultan', and 'Mere Brother Ki Dulhan', 'Bade Miya Chote Miya' showcases action icons, Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff. The narrative orbits around elite soldiers Firoz and Rakesh embarking on a perilous mission to retrieve a stolen weapon from Kabir, a deranged scientist bent on employing AI to sow chaos in India.

Despite sharing its title with the 1998 comic caper starring Amitabh Bachchan and Govinda, this film reportedly diverges from being a remake of the '90s hit. Nevertheless, both projects hail from the production house Pooja Entertainment.

Joining Kumar and Shroff, the ensemble cast includes Sonakshi Sinha, Alaya F (Furniturewala), and Manushi Chillar. Additionally, Malayalam superstar Prithviraj Sukumaran is set to portray the antagonist, Kabir.

    ‘Maidaan’ Finds No Takers

Despite getting rave reviews for performance and story, Ajay Devgn’s sports drama cum biopic began its box-office journey on a lacklustre note. The movie, which hit the theatres on April 10, collected Rs 2.6 crore and Rs 4.5 crore in the first and second days of its release.

Directed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma, ‘Maidaan’ narrates the story of Syed Abdul Rahim, a renowned football coach who revolutionised the way the game was played in India. Due to his efforts, the Indian football team was known as the Brazil Of Asia. Under his leadership, the team became Asia's first-ever football team to qualify for the Semi-Finals of the 1956 Summer Olympics.
