The perfectionist and veteran actor Aamir Khan's Laal Singh Chaddha has failed to impress audience. It crashed at the box office, making a collection of merely Rs 2 crore only on this Wednesday.

Laal Singh Chaddha has Kareena Kapoor in the titular role and she spoke in one of her recent interviews that content is the king in any cinema. And her words were indeed true in this case. Advait Chandan directed the film Laal Singh Chaddha, which is a remake of Hollywood's comedy-drama film Forrest Gump. It had featured Tom Hanks and was released in 1994.

Two actors, Naga Chaitanya and Mona Singh, are also playing pivotal roles in Laal Singh Chaddha. Laal is in the search of his lover Rupa throughout the film.

Atul Kulkarni's contribution to the story and screenplay is exceptional. In addition to this, Aamir and Kareena have enacted and done justice to their roles.

Alongside, another superstar Akshay Kumar's film Raksha Bandhan has also performed badly at the box office. These two movies, Laal Singh Chaddha and Raksha Bandhan, are big flops that failed to make an impression on the big screen.

    India's Box Office Estimates
According to the estimates, this film may shut shop in the upcoming week or so. Around Rs 50 crore is the total earning made by this movie in 7 days. After analysing the public responses to Laal Singh Chaddha, the experts are saying that this film is a big flop and will be incapable to cross Rs 75 crore earnings.
The film Laal Singh Chaddha was embroiled in many controversies even before its release. Few asked to ban and boycott Laal Singh Chaddha over the statements made by the lead stars Aamir and Kareena.

Laal Singh Chaddha's star cast requested the netizens to visit theaters to watch the film and not boycott it.
