Mumbai Police has certainly the most interesting social media presence among administrative bodies by a long shot. The department is known to use hilarious puns and symbolic posts to convey important messages on social media. The department's creativity was on display in a Tweet on Wednesday.

Using Akshay Kumar’s upcoming movie Cuttputtli as a pun, Mumbai Police shared an image stating, "you sure don’t wanna become (a) Cuttputtli of (a) Hacker!" In the tweet, the department asked netizens to ensure cyber security by using 2-step verification methods, removing old used devices, and avoiding unverified links. In Hindi, Cuttputtli means puppet.

Cyber crimes are on the rise, especially those related to the hacking of devices and bank accounts. Mumbai Police has been active in creating awareness regarding digital crimes, while the cyber cell of the department continually busts hackers and cybercrime rackets regularly.

The Khiladi of Bollywood gave a thumbs-up to the tweet quoting it on his account. Cuttputtli is a Hindi action thriller that will star Akshay Kumar and Rakul Preet Singh, along with Chandrachur Singh and debutant Sargun Mehta. The trailer for the movie was launched last Saturday, following which the makers released the first song, Saathiya. Cuttputtli is scheduled to release on September 02, 2022.

Directed by Ranjit Tewari, the movie is the remake of the Tamil thriller Ratsasan (2018). Cuttputtli is produced by Pooja Entertainment and revolves around a police hunt for a serial killer.

Akshay's last two movies, Samraat Prithviraj and Raksha Bandhan, have failed to make a mark at the Box Office, which makes Cuttputtli an important film for the actor. The Holiday actor is also said to be teaming up with Arshad Warsi for the third part of Jolly LLB. The first part of the franchise starred Arshad and the second Akshay. However, the two will reportedly feature together and possibly lock horns in the court of Saurabh Shukla.
