The Darwin Platform Group of Companies (DPGC), established in 1996, has emerged as one of the fastest growing Indian global business conglomerates.

DPGC has made rapid progress in several high-growth sectors such as finance, banking, healthcare, avionics, infrastructure, real estate, energy, mass media, information technology, and recently, also forayed into retail and defence sectors.

Currently, a debt-free DPGC is worth $6.4 billion and has 25 associated companies. This successful and enterprising journey is being led by the young entrepreneur, DPGC chairman Ajay Harinath Singh, who’s a descendent of Lord Rama’s son Lava from the Ikshvaku clan.

With a glorious lineage, he is passionate about nation building through strong and innovative models, which will also create employment and wealth.

He leads the company by example, and with wealth creation for nation building as its core value, the ultimate aim of DPGC’s initiatives and innovations is to boost India’s economy. DPGC has aligned all new initiatives of the group with government campaigns like ‘Aatmanirbhar Bharat’ and ‘Vocal for Local’.

    A prolific meet

At the Times Now Navbharat Conclave 2021, Adityanath also met Singh and they discussed the challenges faced by the Indian economy on several fronts, as we move from a “new normal” to the “next to normal” phase. Businesses and entrepreneurship in this era can take a 360-degree turn.

To keep up pace with the current situation, DPGC has developed new models for growth. It supports the government in building a self-reliant India through continuous innovation, better management and greater resilience. The wide-ranging refor ms for accelerated infrastructural development and policy interventions to shape a competitive India also augur well for the economy.

“We have been focusing on capacity building to push the ‘Make in India’ campaign. We now plan to supplement the campaign with ‘Make for the World’. With path-breaking initiatives, DPGC will not only achieve sustainability but also inculcate future-ready ent repreneu rship among India’s talented youth,” Singh said.
