    Tech Support:
My relationship with technology has become more ingrained. Technology has been and is something that I'm very passionate about, and is a part of my life. But I think the help which Zoom, and other meeting tools in the COVID times has provided have been tremendous. Without these technologies, we would not have been able to navigate through the pandemic.

    Screen Time:
My screen time has increased. But at the same time, I've tried to develop a habit where I regulated more often; cautious about how much screen time I consume, and analysing if I can use that time instead to write something directly on the notepad or even read a book. This allows me some time off to think originally.

    Tools of the Trade:
My MacBook and phone are indispensable. I use an iPhone, and have been using it for a long time now. It's reliable and functions the way you want it to. As a person who is involved in multiple things, I prefer reliable devices where I do not have to spend time understanding how they work.

    Smart Choice:
I am planning to invest in a smartwatch, which is solar powered. If the Apple Watch would have come with a battery that didn't need any charging, I would have grabbed it. But I'm trying out a Garmin solar watch, so maybe that will work.

    Apps a Day:
Other than the usual suspects, like WhatsApp, mail, one of the few apps that come very handy is Otter, which helps me take meeting notes easily via speech to text transcription. Another is the reminder application which I use to maintain a to-do list for myself. Off work, I enjoy Apple Music. Apps such as Organisers, Calendar and Reminder apps combined help me keep track of my day.

    Down Time:
I enjoy playing games with my kids both board games and the gaming console. My family together indulges in these games and sometimes UNO. The elderly, however, have been deeply engaged with WhatsApp from a technology perspective.

    Find a Balance:
I would suggest investing in a home cleaning system and a very good dishwasher as it gives a peace of mind and also has been my personal choice during the pandemic. Also, having a very good planner can make your life simple. Personal fitness, a smartwatch is another thing that people should invest in. From an entertainment perspective, since we are now equipped with good internet, apps like Netflix are very useful and they cater to the entire family.
