In a show of compassion and community spirit, the Ambani family kicked off their son Anant Ambani's wedding celebrations with Radhika Merchant by organizing a 'Samuh Vivah' (mass wedding) for around 50 underprivileged couples from Palghar.

The ceremony was held in the upscale Reliance Corporate Park and attended by almost 800 people, including the couples' families, local social workers, and community organizations. The Ambani family kicked off the event with traditional enthusiasm and a powerful message of dedication to humanity.

Along with Mukesh and Nita Ambani Akash Ambani with wife Shloka Mehta and Isha Ambani with husband Anand Piramal were also present.

The Ambani family attended the event and personally conveyed their best wishes to each couple, bringing a personal touch to the important occasion. Each couple received major gifts as a show of goodwill and to help them get started on their new journey together.

    Gifts for the couple
The brides were given gold ornaments like as Mangalsutra, wedding bands, and nose rings, as well as silver accessories like toe rings and anklets. Each bride was also given a cheque for Rs. 1.01 lakh as her 'streedhan,' which represents her own assets. In addition, the couples were given enough groceries and household necessities to last a year, as well as appliances and beds.

Following the wedding ceremony, guests were treated to a lavish dinner, which fostered a sense of joy and camaraderie among all present. The ceremony included the Warli Tribe's traditional Tarpa Dance, which emphasized the event's cultural richness.

Founder and Chairperson of Reliance Foundation, Nita Ambani, said, "I feel extremely happy seeing the newlywed couples here... I give my blessing to all these couples. The 'Shubh-lagna' ceremonies of Anant and Radhika begin today with today's mass wedding event."

The Ambani family's portray reflects their long-standing dedication to social responsibility and their belief in the adage, "Manav seva hi Madhav" and "seva"--"Service to humanity is service to God." It is a continuation of their history of starting important family gatherings by giving back to society, ensuring that their joy is shared with the larger community.
