    Chandrababu Naidu meets PM Modi, seeks Central govt's support for Andhra Pradesh

    Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi to seek support for the state's development. Naidu requested enhanced assistance if special category status cannot be granted. During his two-day visit to Delhi, he also discussed state-specific issues with Union Ministers Nitin Gadkari and Piyush Goyal.

    Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to address the National Democratic Alliance's (NDA) parliamentary party meeting on Tuesday, in what will be his first speech to the MPs of the ruling bloc during the first session of Parliament since he assumed office for a third term.
