TVS Supply Chain Solutions reaches significant milestone at Hosur facility

TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd has successfully delivered five lakh completely knocked down kits to TVS Motor Company from its warehouse in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. Managing Director Ravi Viswanathan highlighted the achievement, attributing it to the company's digital capabilities and value-added services. The facility ensures defect-free dispatches and employs 200 people, including 30 women.

TVS starts production of BMW's electric two-wheeler CE02 at Hosur plant

TVS Motor has begun production of BMW's electric two-wheeler CE02 at its Hosur plant. The companies have a long-standing partnership and are jointly developing new platforms and future technologies, including electric vehicles. Adani Group's proposed acquisition of aircraft maintenance firm Air Works has passed its long stop date and the two companies are not discussing an extension, ratings agency Crisil has said. The acquisition plan, worth INR400 crore ($53m), was aimed at boosting Adani's airports business, although no reason was given for the deal's collapse. Crisil had put Air Works' ratings on watch following the proposed acquisition by Adani, although these have now been restored.
