    Heatwaves burn a hole in hotels' revenue growth

Analysts expect similar trends in June and muted booking growth for the quarter.

    While you can say that in spite of heat it was decent performance, I am looking at trend lines and I expect the catch up will happen really from Q2 when there will be improvements vis-a-vis the previous year in occupancy.

    Govt pulls up Amazon for labour law violations in Manesar warehouse case

    OC must for possession letter: CREDAI wants UP RERA to reconsider order

    In a statement on June 8, the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) said it was mandatory for promoters to receive OC (occupancy certificate/ completion certificate) of a project, before offering possession letters to allottees. According to UP RERA, this was done "to prevent arbitrariness" being done by the promoters through the offer of possession letters sent to flat buyers and to eliminate the disputes arising between them due to this.
