Indian student Nitheesha Kandula missing in Los Angeles located and is safe: Police

HYDERABAD: A 23-year-old Indian student Nitheesha Kandula who was reported missing in Los Angeles from May 28 has been located.
Police chief John Guttierez of California State University, San Bernardino Police Department has informed on June 4 that she has been ‘located and is safe’.
Nitheesha Kandula who hails from Hyderabad went to pursue her higher studies in California State University.She was last seen in Los Angeles on May 28.
A police complaint was lodged on May 30. The police put out a missing person’s notice urging the public to inform about her whereabouts if they had any information.
The police, however, did not mention details about when and where she had been located.
