Kabir Duhan Singh to wed in December?
Kabir Duhan Singh, who has steadily been making a name for himself as a villain in south Indian films, is set to get married. The actor, who got engaged to his long-time girlfriend Dolly Sidhu last year, was making plans for a September or November 2020 wedding, but the COVID-19 pandemic threw everything into disarray.
"I met Dolly through a common friend in 2012 and we’d been in touch with each other since then.
By 2016, we realised we were more than just friends and that we are perfect for each other," says Kabir about their relationship.
After their engagement last year, Kabir, who has worked in the Telugu, Kannada and Tamil industry, wanted a September or November wedding. "But then the pandemic happened and we had to put plans on hold. We are, however, hopeful that things will get better in the next few months and that we can have a December wedding," he adds.
As for the wedding, the actor, who trained hard and impressed fans with his performance as Tony Sebastian, a boxer, in
Pailwaan
(2019), tells us that he wants an intimate ceremony, with only family members and close friends in attendance. ”The wedding will be at a Gurudwara in Mumbai and reception back home in Delhi. I would love to do a destination wedding in Goa, but that is undecided given the situation," says the actor, who has acted in several films in Kannada, Telugu and Tamil.
