India Won T20 World Cup: Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, Rakul Preet Singh, Varun Tej Konidela, and others shower praises on the team for winning against South Africa

The nation is in a celebratory mood as India clinched their second T20 World Cup title today at Kensington Oval, Bridgetown in Barbados. Celebrities from the south, including Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, Varun Tej Konidela, Lavanya Tripathi, Rakul Preet Singh, and more, took to their Instagram accounts to share moments from their binge-watching sessions.
Allu Arjun shared a video of his son Ayaan Arjun, in which he is laughing and hugging his friends and cousins as Team India won the match. He can be seen saying he loves everyone in the team for playing such a clever match. Allu’s wife, Allu Sneha Reddy, also shared a video in which Allu Arjun can be seen sitting on their couch and watching the match with their kids.

Meanwhile, Rakul Preet Singh and her husband, actor Jackky Bhagnani, also shared a picture together in which they are binge-watching the match in their living room and wrote, “Perfect weekend!! Varun Tej Konidela and his wife, actress Lavanya Tripathi, also took to their Instagram stories and shared how excited they are about this glorious win.
On June 29, India secured their second ICC T20 World Cup title with a thrilling seven-run victory over South Africa at the Kensington Oval in Barbados. After being asked to bowl, the Proteas started strong, taking three key wickets, including those of skipper Rohit Sharma, Rishabh Pant, and Suryakumar Yadav, within the Powerplay. Despite this, India recovered with a 72-run partnership between Virat Kohli and Axar Patel for the fourth wicket, marking the highest stand by an Indian pair in a final. This crucial partnership helped India stun South Africa and clinch the title.
Virat Kohli also announced his retirement from T20 cricket and added that this is a new opening for the next generation.
