Varun Tej reveals why he decided to marry Lavanya Tripathi abroad and not in India!

Actor Varun Tej tied the knot with actress Lavanya Tripathi on November 1 in Tuscany, Italy. He is all geared up for the release of his film 'Operation Valentine' with Manushi Chillar, which is set for its release in theatres on March 1. In a recent promotional interview for the film, actor Varun Tej revealed the reason why he did not choose to get married in India.
Speaking about his wedding, Varun Tej said that if his wedding was planned to happen in India, his parents would have a lot of responsibility. He added that they would have been busy meeting the guests and not been able to enjoy the wedding celebration. He revealed that it was the sole reason for him to plan a destination wedding and said that apart from enjoying the wedding, they could also experience a vacation.
On the work front, Varun Tej is awaiting the release of his film 'Operation Valentine'. It is a historic action film directed by Shakti Pratap Singh, and the film features Varun Tej, Manushi Chillar, Navdeep, and Mir Sawar in lead roles.
Following 'Operation Valentine', the actor has his next, 'Matka', which is currently under filming. 'Matka' was said to be shelved, but the actor said the shooting for the film has been completed for 35 days, and the next schedule will begin after the release of 'Operation Valentine'.
