Bomb scare on Ahmedabad-Delhi flight

The Ahmedabad police received a bomb threat call on Tuesday. The caller claimed that a bomb was placed on Alliance Air's 91696 flight. The police rushed to the spot. No bomb was found on the flight. As per reports, the flight was scheduled to take off at 5:20 am. The airlines announced a passenger's name who had not turned up. Later, he reasoned that there was a bomb on flight so he wouldn't come.
