Versioning of attachments
Almexoft platform saves the history of changes in files uploaded and linked to a business process or electronic document, as well as during online editing of office attachment formats and publication of corresponding draft documents. Thus, if attachments with the same name but different content are present in one instance of a business process or one execution card, then they are determined by the system as different versions of the same attachment. Typically, users are working with the latest version, but they can access any previous version of the file.
