Information Collected
Meeting Cost Timers does not collect any personal information or app usage metrics. Your currency, hourly rates, meeting templates and current meeting configuration are stored locally on your device. Meeting Templates are indexed so they can appear in iOS search results and as Siri Shortcuts. Your data is not analysed or shared with any other apps or services unless you explicitly choose to create a backup.
A backup can be saved to a file provider service such as Dropbox, or you can email/AirDrop it to yourself to quickly transfer the configuration to another device. A backup can optionally be protected with a password for extra security. The creation, lifetime and location of these backups is all under your control. The app does not keep any record of when backups are made or where they are shared. Backups contain the creation date and the name of the device they were created from in order to help you identify the content when restoring from a backup.
Links in the Settings screen to my web site include information about the app version, OS version and device type being used.

If I decide to change this privacy policy, I will post those changes on this page. Summary of changes so far:
