About us

Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific provides engineering and acquisition expertise to the U.S. Pacific Fleet by serving as the Navy's facilities, installation and contingency engineers in the Pacific Area of Responsibility (AOR). We deliver best-value engineering and acquisition services through our seven Facilities Engineering Commands: NAVFAC Hawaii NAVFAC Marianas NAVFAC Far East NAVFAC Northwest NAVFAC Southwest Officer in Charge of Construction (OICC) China Lake OICC Marine Corps Marianas Our skilled and experienced professionals provide planning, design, and construction of shore facilities for all military departments and for other federal agencies. To serve our clients, NAVFAC Pacific is organized into distinct Business Lines: Asset Management, Capital Improvements, Environmental, Public Works, Real Estate, and Theater Engineering.
