2024 National 8(a) Association Small Business Conference, Atlanta, GA     This year’s National 8(a) Association Small Business Conference, February 5-7, at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, was highlighted by the Secretary of the Navy, The Honorable Carlos Del Toro during his keynote speech.
