    'SRK is the cinema God.' Kangana Ranaut bows down to Shah Rukh Khan's hard work & humility amid 'Jawan' success

    The release of director Atlee's masala film 'Jawan' is nothing short of a festival in India, thanks to the stardom of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan.

    Bollywood diva Kangana Ranaut, who is busy with the promotions of her highly-anticipated 'Chandramukhi 2', took some time off her work schedule to laud SRK and his career graph.

    Calling him the "quintessential Indian mass superhero," the 36-year-old actress also said that SRK has successfully managed to reinvent his connection with his audience after a decade-long struggle.

    "From being the ultimate lover boy of the nineties to a decade-long struggle to reinvent his connection with his audience in his late forties to mid-fifties and ultimately rising as the quintessential Indian mass superhero at the age of 60 (almost) is nothing short of super heroic even in real life," she wrote on social media.

    In a lengthy post on Instagram, Ranaut also showered praise on King Khan for his latest action thriller, referring to him as the "cinema God". The 'Queen' star also branded SRK's struggle in the film industry as a "master class" for artistes who have had long careers and need to reinvent and re-establish themselves.

    "I remember the time when people wrote him off and mocked his choices but his struggle is a master class for all those artistes who enjoying long careers but must reinvent and reestablish. SRK is the cinema God that India needs not just for hugs or dimples but for some serious world-saving as well. Bowing down to your perseverance, hard work and humility King Khan (sic)," she wrote in her Instagram Story alongside a poster of 'Jawan'.

    Ranaut expressed her admiration for the 'Badshah' of Bollywood and said she bows down to his perseverance, hard work and humility.

    'Jawan' enjoyed an overwhelming response on its opening day, with sold-out early morning shows and a frenzy of fan excitement. The movie minted Rs 75 crore on Day 1, beating the box-office records of his other blockbuster from this year - 'Pathaan'.

    Ranaut concluded her heartfelt note with a congratulatory message to the entire team. "Congratulations to the whole team," she wrote.

    The film features SRK in a dual role, sharing the screen with southern stars Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in key roles. The movie has a 20-minute special appearance by actress Deepika Padukone. Its cast also includes Priyamani and Sanya Malhotra.

    'Jawan' hit the theatres on September 7 in three languages - Hindi, Telugu and Tamil.
