The Sikkim Krantikari Morcha (SKM) secured a second consecutive term in the Himalayan state, winning 19 out of 32 assembly seats. Led by Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang, the SKM also leads in 12 additional seats. Elections were held alongside the first phase of Lok Sabha elections on April 19. Counting began at 6 am today, with an estimated 80% voter turnout.
