      An Air India Express flight from Dubai to Calicut airport was diverted to Kochi in the early hours of Saturday due to adverse weather conditions in Kozhikode, according to airline sources. The flight, carrying 173 passengers, landed at Cochin International Airport at 2:47 am and departed for Calicut airport at around 9:30 am after a seven-hour delay.

      Air India Express to operate daily direct flights from Kolkata to Ghaziabad

      Air India Express, a subsidiary of Air India and part of the Tata group, will begin daily direct flights between Kolkata and Hindon airport in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, starting August 15. Hindon Airport, serving as a secondary airport for the National Capital Region (NCR), will offer improved connectivity. The Kolkata-Hindon flight will depart at 7:10 am and return at 4:25 pm.
