    KVS Lottery Result 2024-25: Second admission list for Class 1 expected soon; Here's all you need to know

    The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) is set to release the second lottery list for class 1 admissions for the academic year 2024-25. Parents can expect the list to be out soon, possibly today, April 29, 2024. The second list will fill vacancies remaining after the first admission list was declared on April 19, 2024.

    President's office gets Rs 144.18 crore in interim Budget, 47.5 per cent higher than FY24

    In the announcements for the 2024-25 interim Budget by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Rs 90.87 crore was allocated for the president's secretariat and Rs 52.71 crore was sanctioned under the head 'other expenditures', which provides for the expenditure on the household establishment of the president, including staff salaries.
