    Mustard, cottonseed oils strengthen on sustained buying

    Prices of mustard and cottonseed oils strengthened by Rs 50 per quintal at the wholesale oils and oilseeds market on increased buying by retailers.

    NEW DELHI: Prices of mustard and cottonseed oils strengthened by Rs 50 per quintal at the wholesale oils and oilseeds market on increased buying by retailers.

    Linseed oil in the non-edible section also showed strength on the back of rise in demand from consuming industries.

    Marketmen said sustained buying from retailers mainly strengthened mustard and cottonseed oil prices.

    In the national capital, mustard expeller (Dadri) and cottonseed mill delivery (Haryana) oils rose further by Rs 50 each to Rs 7,300 and Rs 6,300 per quintal, respectively.

    In the non-edible section, linseed oil gained Rs 50 to Rs 7,250 per quintal.
