    Shares of Galactico Corporate Services and Ajanta Soya will go ex-split today. Galactico Corporate Services had announced the splitting of shares into face value of Re 1 from the face value of Rs 10 meanwhile Ajanta Soya had announced the splitting of shares into face value of Rs 2 from the face value of Rs 10.

    NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Thursday.

    Shares of 9 companies Apollo Tyres (Rs 3.25 per share), Xpro India (Rs 2 per share), VTM (Rs 0.9 per share), Vimta Labs (Rs 2 per share), Rishiroop (Rs 1.5 per share), ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company (Rs 0.55 per share), Eimco Elecon (Rs 2.5 per share), Dutron Polymers (Rs 1.4 per share) and Cigniti Technologies (Rs 2.5 per share) will go ex-dividend today. The 9 companies had announced final dividends.

    Aether Industries, Mapro Industries, APIS India, Indowind Energy, Indian Sucrose and Setco Automotive are among companies which will announce their quarterly earnings today.

    Cosmo Films will go ex-bonus today in the ratio of 1:2 meanwhile Galactico Corporate Services will go ex-bonus in 3:10 ratio. SKP Securities will also go ex-bonus today in the ratio of 1:1.

    Shares of Galactico Corporate Services and Ajanta Soya will go ex-split today. Galactico Corporate Services had announced the splitting of shares into face value of Re 1 from the face value of Rs 10 meanwhile Ajanta Soya had announced the splitting of shares into face value of Rs 2 from the face value of Rs 10.

    Enkei Wheels will have its annual general meeting today.

    Today is the record date for Saboo Sodium Chloro for determining the shareholders eligible for receiving rights entitlement in the rights issue. The company had announced a rights issue of 74 shares for every 100 shares held, offered at Rs 10 apiece.

    Thursday is also the record date for dividend by Havells India, Indian Bank and R Systems International. Havells India (Rs 4.5 per share) and Indian Bank (Rs 6.5 per share) had announced final dividends while R Systems International (Rs 6.5 per share) had announced interim dividend. These stocks went ex-dividend on Tuesday.
