    Corporate Radar: Q4 earnings, share buyback, rights issue & more

    The board of Cigniti Technologies will consider and approve a proposal for buyback of fully paid-up equity shares of the company today.

    NEW DELHI: A host of quarterly earnings, board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Wednesday.

    Shares of Garment Mantra Lifestyle will go ex-split today. The company had announced splitting of shares into face value of Re 1 each from face value of Rs 10.

    Shares of SecUR Credentials will go ex-bonus in 110:100 ratio today. Avantel will go ex-dividend today. The company had announced a dividend of Rs 4 per share.

    ITC, Pidilite Industries, InterGlobe Aviation, Indian Overseas Bank, Lupin, IGL and LIC Housing Finance are among companies which will announce their quarterly earnings today.

    Route Mobile, Manappuram Finance, Finolex Industries, Shyam Metalics, Granules India and Teamlease Services are some other companies scheduled to report March quarter results today.

    The board of Ratnamani Metals & Tubes will meet today to consider issuance of secured or unsecured debt securities including redeemable NCDs, bonds by way of private placement for an amount not exceeding Rs 500 crore.

    The board of Cigniti Technologies will consider and approve a proposal for buyback of fully paid-up equity shares of the company today.

    Sacheta Metals board will consider raising funds by issuance of equity shares through a rights issue today.
