Contradictions are part of the market, but there are times when it is extremely important to understand how to manage those contradictions. What is the contradiction in the markets today ? Desire to buy and valuations. As the political dust settles and things go back to normal, desire to buy midcap stocks is once again high and the contradiction is that valuations which have been at elevated levels are inching only higher as the stock prices built in any positive news very sharply.
