    NSE-BSE bulk deals: Smallcap World Fund buys stake in IIFL Finance

    Synopsis

    Hamblin Watsa Investment Counsel sold 12.2 million shares of IIFL Finance at Rs 300 per share through a bulk deal on the BSE.

    MUMBAI – Smallcap World Fund on Wednesday bought 10 million shares of IIFL Finance at Rs 300 apiece through a bulk deal on the BSE.

    In another transaction, Hamblin Watsa Investment Counsel sold 12.2 million shares of IIFL Finance at Rs 300 per share through a bulk deal on the BSE.

    Shares of IIFL Finance ended over 2 per cent higher at Rs. 316.3 on the BSE.

    Both the NSE and BSE had not updated the block deals data on their respective websites at the time of publishing.
