    Wipro on fast track with strong organic growth momentum

    Wipro’s operating margin fell by 220 basis points sequentially to 18.8 per cent due to the integration of Capco.

    Beating the estimates by a wide margin, Wipro reported 12.2 per cent sequential growth in revenue at $ 2,414.5 million.

    ET Intelligence Group: Wipro posted better than expected topline performance for the June quarter aided by strong momentum across key verticals. The country’s fourth-largest software exporter also added the highest number of employees in a quarter in at least the past 13 years. This and an upbeat forecast of 5-7 per cent sequential revenue growth for the next quarter reflect sustained business traction, which is likely to support the stock
