    Sensex rises! These stocks are up over 10% on BSE

    NEW DELHI: Quite a few stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green on Monday amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

    Stocks that rallied over 10% included, RattanIndia Infra(14.42%), Saksoft Ltd(14.07%), PrismxGlobalVent(PP)(13.92%), Commercial Engg(13.47%), Hindustan Comp(13.42%), Elgi Equipments(13.0%), Olympia Ind(12.93%), Regency Investments(12.82%), Spenta Intnl(12.69%) and Aarey Drugs Ph(12.67%).

    The 30-share Sensex traded 421.51 points up at 53215.13, while the 50-share Nifty index rose 129.95 points to 15912.1.

    In the Nifty 50 index, 34 stocks traded in the green, while 16 stocks were in the red.

    Stocks such as Nitta Gelatin, Mehta Housing, Sadhna Broadcast, Avro India and ST Corporation hit their fresh 52-week high, while Balurghat Tech, Heranba Industries Ltd., Rishabh Digha, Thyrocare Tech. and Dr Lal Pathlabs touched their new 52-week low in trade.
