Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of total traded value

NEW DELHI: Adani Ent.(Rs. 1031.59 crore), HDFC Bank(Rs. 984.37 crore), Adani Power(Rs. 879.24 crore), MCX India(Rs. 745.72 crore), RIL(Rs. 589.69 crore), HAL(Rs. 469.67 crore), HPCL(Rs. 462.68 crore), BHEL(Rs. 449.50 crore), Indian Oil Corp.(Rs. 405.49 crore) and Tata Motors(Rs. 404.31 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 11:05AM in Tuesday's session.

The NSE Nifty index traded 23.85 points up at 19818.55, while BSE Sensex was down 14.61 points at 65955.43 as of 11:05AM(IST)on November 28.

In the Nifty index, Adani Enterprises Ltd.(up 9.01 per cent), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(up 4.50 per cent), Tata Motors Ltd.(up 2.42 per cent), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.(up 2.39 per cent) and Hindalco Industries Ltd.(up 1.68 per cent) were among the top gainers.

On the other hand, SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd.(down 1.05 per cent), Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd.(down 0.90 per cent), Eicher Motors Ltd.(down 0.88 per cent), LTIMindtree Ltd.(down 0.74 per cent) and Reliance Industries Ltd.(down 0.69 per cent) were among the top losers.
