We enclose herewith a copy of the approved Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with the Auditor's Report with unmodified opinions on the aforesaid Audited Financial Results issued by M/s Mehra Goel and Company, Statutory Auditors of the Company. The meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 4:30 P.M. on 28 May, 2024 and concluded at 3:00 A.M. on 29 May, 2024.
